    The Preserve is Magical

    I don't even know if I tin write this review without getting teary. The Preserve is the almost wonderful venue with the most wonderful people. If you are looking for a place that is going to feel similar home, and staff members that are going to care for you like family and volition go above and beyond to make your twenty-four hours exactly as you imagined, volume the Preserve. Mary is a godsend. She and her brother in constabulary Paul helped us gear up for our rehearsal, moving article of furniture and setting place settings exactly like I wanted, but better. Paul was nether the sap house installing boosted heaters to make certain our guests didn't freeze on our frigid wedding mean solar day. The whole feel was perfect from start to finish, and I cannot recommend the Preserve enough. I am currently on my honeymoon, staring at the beach, and some huge part of me is nonetheless wishing I was back in NH, in the -9 degree weather at the Preserve.     Stunning venue and kindest staff

    Nosotros had an admittedly incredible experience having our wedding at The Preserve at Chocorua. Mary and Erica and their whole wonderful team worked with us to set for the various events of the weekend, and then when we arrived they were consistently helpful in setting upwards areas for various meals and events and responding to our questions and needs equally they came up. Information technology really went a long way towards letting usa only relax and enjoy all the moments with our friends and family unit.

    The property itself is gorgeous with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for gathering, backyard games, meals, and everything else a nuptials weekend entails. All of our guests were amazed and had a great time. Having an industrial kitchen available was a great way to feed anybody for non-catered meals. The family camping fashion of living all together for a weekend was unforgettable, especially later a long 18 months of minimal gatherings. It was a perfect weekend and nosotros but desire to do it all over once again!!

    Perfect Beautiful Venue to Spend Quality Time with Loved Ones

    My wife and I hosted our wedding at The Preserve at Chocorua in July 2021. Everything most the venue was perfect and could non have been better.

    The property itself is gorgeous and spacious and includes multiple spaces for events. We had a welcome party under the pavilion, our rehearsal dinner in the tent and reception in the befouled.

    On top of that, the property has room for ~60 guests to stay for the long weekend, which added valuable time for us to spend with family and friends. Having the property for Thursday - Sunday was a huge do good that really made the entire weekend.

    And finally, Mary, Erica, and the rest of the staff at The Preserve are so incredibly helpful, kind, and fun. Everyone was a pleasance to piece of work with and actually took a lot of the stress out of both the planning as well as the weekend itself.

    In summary, I could not recommend a improve venue for a wedding. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate to make the same selection every unmarried fourth dimension.

    All-time Weekend Ever!

    We tin can't say enough neat things about the Preserve! We loved staying on the belongings for the weekend with our entire family and closest friends. Anybody was raving almost how cute it was and how much fun they had! Mary, Erica and Sam were astonishing in accommodating us and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us. We were then sad to exit when it was over. By the end of the weekend it really felt like our 2d home. It was honestly the best weekend of our lives! Having a wedding during covid was definitely a claiming just they made it experience then make clean and rubber the entire time and it was certainly spacious enough to let for social distancing. I would highly recommend to anyone, its a wedding experience similar no other!

    Amazing!

    Nosotros had the most wonderful wedding weekend at The Preserve! Mary, Jodi, Sam, Erica and the team made every office so easy. From accommodating our guests, to endless changes due to covid, they made our experience and then effortless and special! Cleanliness and safety was obviously a priority with sanitation stations at every turn.
    Mary and the team were then attentive to our needs while still giving united states room to exist with our family and friends.
    We were so lucky to choose a venue that cared about us as a couple and our unique experience. They made the states feel and then special with sweet notes and thoughtful gifts along the style.
    We cannot wait to visit the Preserve over again presently!

    Amazing venue!!

    My husband and I got married at The Preserve August 2020. Everything about the venue was amazing! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we elected to delay our nuptials a few months - the TPC team was incredible throughout the entire re-planning process. Sam, Mary, and Erica (and the unabridged Preserve staff) were extremely organized and went higher up and beyond to brand our wedding weekend run smoothly. Erica even helped us run our rehearsal the evening before and stepped in to help with and then many final minute details! The grounds are absolutely magnificent throughout every flavour (we know this considering the Preserve allowed us to make many trips to visit throughout the planning procedure)! All of our guests go along to talk about the accommodations and how much they enjoyed their stay. The Preserve staff works so hard to keep the venue and rooms pristine. In addition, amidst COVID-19 precautions The Preserve was extremely prepared with sanitizing stations, and the large grounds made information technology very easy for social distancing. The opportunities are endless when hosting a nuptials at The Preserve - we utilized the barn and tent for our reception and ceremony. The groomsmen utilized the sap house for getting gear up, while the girls were pampered in the amazing bridal suite! The venue also has an Entire room full of décor that we used for both the rehearsal dinner and reception. We loved working with the entire squad at TPC - the venue is family unit run and care for their couples like part of that family unit. We would highly recommend The Preserve in a heartbeat!!

    Scenic infinite for memory making

    I cannot say plenty amazing things about Mary, Erica, and the residuum of the staff at The Preserve. They are warm, loving, accommodating, and patient. You feel like family when you lot're with them and they brand the process and then seamless. Their experience shines through when yous're feeling overwhelmed with planning. They provided such beautiful detail and thought of things I would accept never known. Yous cannot get wrong having your nuptials here. They provide you with a weekend full of memories that will concluding a lifetime. There wasn't a single person who attended the weekend away or wedding night with us who didn't comment about how absolutely stunning this space is. I cannot give thanks everybody plenty.

    The Preserve feels like home

    Our wedding ceremony would not have been as memorable and special without the incredible staff and amenities provided past The Preserve at Chocorua. This place and people have a mode of making yous feel similar you're family and at abode. The Preserve has so much to offer from the unlike locations onsite, accommodations, and decor. They were very responsive to my many questions leading upwardly to our November wedding and while we were onsite they were merely a telephone call away. Our favorite features were the cute barn and vintage bar inside, the outdoor pavilion where we spent nights past the fire and the onsite conjugal suite. Our family cannot stop talking well-nigh what an incredible weekend it was and how cracking it was being able to spend it together. They are already trying to plan when we can become back! The Preserve is truly a gem and will always accept a place in our hearts.

    Everything Was Perfect

    I am at a loss for words regarding the incredible feel we had at my daughter and son-in-laws hymeneals a few weeks agone at the Preserve at Chocorua. As my girl said "everything was perfect!" Many of the guests described it equally one of the all-time weddings they had attended. Working with Sam, Mary, Erica and all the many other wonderful people at the Preserve was and so easy. It's a unique venue where y'all get the use of the whole holding and all of its spaces for three nights and four days. Our entire family, the wedding political party and a few friends were able to stay on the property which immune guests to hang together for the weekend. It fabricated the event more intimate and personal and provided the exact experience the helpmate and groom were looking for. Cheers and then so much to Sam, Mary, Erica and all the many other wonderful people at the Preserve who were so like shooting fish in a barrel to work with and fabricated this mother of the bride wait similar she knew what she was doing ;-). You will forever be a role of our daughters and son-in-laws love story and remembered for your kindness, patience, hospitality and wealth of knowledge on how to plan a four day event. Again, Cheers Give thanks Yous for helping united states of america give our daughter and her husband their fairy tale wedding.     A dream come truthful

    Magical hymeneals venue

    My married man and I can't recommend The Preserve at Chocorua enough. Nosotros had an incredible iv days of hymeneals activities with our closest friends and family unit in that location over July 4th weekend, 2019.
    The family who runs the venue are incredibly warm, loving, caring, generous, and helpful in any way you lot could possible need. They actually want you lot to have the best time ever. We were fifty-fifty surprised that they left individually wrapped home-baked cookies in each guest bedroom with fresh cut flowers - what a lovely and welcoming impact for our guests!

    The venue itself is movie perfect for an outdoor or indoor wedding (our outdoor nuptials turned indoors due to an unexpected rainstorm). There are multiple different sites on the property for the anniversary and cocktail hour and dinner for yous to choose from, all with their own unique charm. The accommodations on the property (up to 60+) are likewise very well maintained, rustic, only with excellent design touches and our guests loved them! The landscaping is remarkable with plenty of wildflowers, greenery, and color all around the property.

    It does take quite a bit of extra planning since everything is BYO but, equally long equally you're willing to call up through all those details, it really was the most magical wedding to take our nearest and love stay on site for 4 days as it really brought everyone together like we never expected. 💕

    This venue is pure magic

    As a wedding planner, I work at a lot of venues and I have so many couples looking for "subconscious gems" that tin host them and their guests for an entire weekend, provide a stunning setting for their anniversary and reception, and that is also close to fun things for anybody to do. The Preserve at Chocorua striking the nail on the head, and and then some. In that location truly is something so magical about this entire venue, and during a nuptials at that place I recently planned and designed, every invitee and vendor was raving well-nigh how special it was. It was so much for them to be able to stay on site in the guest rooms and cottages, and they felt so at dwelling house in the Mock Estate House and the barn's outcome space. From a planning perspective, the entire team at the Preserve is so kind, warm, and helpful - you lot truly can't ask for ameliorate. The couple and I loved getting to cull from the Preserve's inventory of decor and furniture pieces, and everything came together perfectly. I cannot recommend this venue enough - I hope to be dorsum at that place again shortly!

    The most perfect wedding ceremony weekend!

    My husband (!) Sean and I celebrated our wedding at the Preserve at Chocorua on November 10, 2018. Our loved ones are scattered across the country, and we wanted to spend as much time together every bit possible during our weekend. The Preserve was the most perfect identify to practise that. Our closest friends and family stayed on the property in the beautiful farmhouse and cozy cottages, and other guests stayed nearby in Meredith or North Conway. We hiked Mt. Chocorua on Friday morning, and and then hosted a big welcome party in the farmhouse on Friday nighttime as the snow fell exterior. All the girls got ready in the lovely helpmate room on Sat morning for our nearby church building ceremony. When nosotros walked into the befouled for our reception on Saturday night, the scene was more than perfect than I had ever imagined. We closed the weekend with a Sun brunch for all our guests, who could not stop raving about the Preserve. Thank you and then much to the wonderful staff (Mary, Ed, Sam, Carolyn and others)! They not only answered our many questions during the planning process, just they also made us feel us feel and so welcome and special during the wedding weekend. The Preserve was something out of a dream, and nosotros were so lucky to begin our married life in that location with everyone we dear!

    A dream come truthful

    My husband I got married at The Preserve on 11.3.eighteen. I take been trying to detect the right words to say for this review, truth is, words will never be able to explain the magic that happened that weekend, all thanks to the all-time venue around. From the beginning, Sam was so organized, responsive and friendly. The second nosotros walked onto the property for the first time, nosotros knew we wanted to become married there, the grounds are so beautifully kept, all year circular, the Farmhouse, cottages, and rooms are so make clean, warm and welcoming. Every single person on property is so friendly and happy.

    Mary, Erica, Cindy (& others) went above and beyond to brand certain our mean solar day went off without a single flaw. It rained all weekend, and information technology didn't fifty-fifty matter. They helped us transform the barn from a beautiful intimate ceremony to a well busy reception in no time. The pelting didn't stop anyone from having a good time, we played corn pigsty in the sap business firm and had a fire under the pavilion. Anybody had the fourth dimension of their lives, staying on property together for the weekend, two families, truly became ane. All of our family unit and friends have non stopped talking about the weekend, the memories, and the venue.

    If you lot want a cute wedding, full of love, at a magical venue in the mountains, so look no farther...

    Let's just say if nosotros could practise it all over again (we wish we could, every weekend!) we would not change a single thing. The Preserve is a ane of a kind venue, yous just have to live information technology to believe it!

    The Preserve is New Englands subconscious gem wedding venue. My hubby and I got married at the Preserve in Baronial and all I tin say is, the Preserve is magical. Starting with the admittedly stunning grounds, gardens, gorgeous areas for photos. The chief reception barn on the belongings is absolutely gorgeous. It is an elegant, first class infinite with history and old globe charm throughout. The property has multiple modest cottages and a master inn where over 50 guests can stay the weekend. Beautifully designed interiors, Martha Stewart vibes. Lake Chocorua and Mount Chocorua are minutes away for unbelievable photos and first look locations. The owners Mary and Ed are WONDERFUL people who become above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect for y'all. I almost cant find the correct words to describe how amazing this venue is! If your looking for a venue, stop here. You have found the best spot in New Hampshire!!

    My husband and I got married at the Preserve this past June, and we can not say enough adept things about our entire experience. Mary, Ed and Sam are all and so wonderful, as was everyone in the Preserve family. Nosotros wanted our hymeneals to feel like a laid-back, relaxed long weekend with all of our friends and family right at that place, and the Preserve delivered everything we wanted and more. Yous can stay on the belongings from Thursday nighttime to Sun afternoon, and there is space for about 55 guests to stay as well (and dogs!). The town of Tamworth is actually adorable, and there is also space to host basically all wedding events on the belongings. From a rehearsal dinner cookout, to pancake breakfasts in the farmhouse, to lying in the hammock the morning of my wedding watching loved-ones wander in and out of the house, the entire experience was everything we had dreamed of. We got married right on the holding in front end of the farmhouse, and had our reception in the cute new Sperry tent (there is also a new barn that is now up), and it was absolutely perfect. My merely regret is that we couldn't stay forever! Give thanks y'all Preserve!

    This venue for our girl's nuptials was absolutely perfect. Mary, Samantha, Ed, and their whole squad worked tirelessly to create the most beautiful tent venue with their Sperry Sheet Tent. Our family and guests are notwithstanding remarking on how comfortable and all-around the event was, especially to be able to spend a whole weekend together on The Preserve property. The Bridal Room was set up with every detail nosotros needed to ensure a smooth time for getting set with hair, makeup etc. The Preserve coordinated so well with all our other vendors, making it easy for the parents of the Helpmate to relax and relish every minute all weekend long. Nosotros cannot say enough corking things almost this venue, and the staff who made this event then wonderful for all of us. Thank you Mary, Samantha and Ed!!!

    Nosotros were recently married in late April 2018 and wanted to say that Mary and Ed at The Preserve at Chocorua went higher up and beyond to make our wedding a special twenty-four hour period. They are and so personal and care for y'all merely like their ain family unit as they help y'all set up for the mean solar day / weekend. From the beautiful property to the responsiveness and support we received from them all the manner through our wedding ceremony I wouldn't recommend anyone or anywhere else. Thank you so much!!

    We hosted our hymeneals at The Preserve in the kickoff of November and had the virtually beautiful and perfect nuptials. The venue itself is gorgeous and well maintained. The owners Mary and Ed besides as the wedding coordinator, Marcia, go in a higher place and beyond for their guests, they were extremely professional, all-around and welcoming. We had family and friends stay on site and we were able to celebrate Th through Sunday which is incredibly special. Nosotros held our anniversary in the Sap Firm which was a very intimate and romantic setting. Our guests enjoyed cocktail hr outside in the Pavilion by the fireplace. Finally, we held our reception in the Barn which hardly needed any decorations because information technology is already then tastefully busy. Our guests raved virtually the venue and we were blown abroad past how well everything came together thanks to Mary and Marcia. I highly recommend this to anyone-- you will not find a better place for a wedding!!!

    Words cannot fairly express how much my married man and I loved getting married at the Preserve at Chocorua. It is the most stunning property, with so much rustic New England charm, all thanks to the hard work of the wonderful owners Mary, Ed, and Samantha. From the moment I outset chosen to inquire virtually touring the property, correct through every footstep of our wedding weekend, they were so communicative, kind, and thoughtful. They listened to every detail so attentively, fielded every question with such patience, and each time I visited the property made me feel so at ease in the midst of what was otherwise a pretty stressful cross-country hymeneals planning process.
    Our friends and family unit loved the cottages and rooms in the inn where they got to stay during our celebration, and we loved having our closest friends and family members correct there on site with us for our whole nuptials weekend! The property offers such a diverse array of spaces for all types of events, large or small, indoor or outdoor, in any weather. Nosotros loved getting creative and trying to plan things that would prove our guests each of the amazing spaces that the Preserve has to offer!
    I could continue and on, but fifty-fifty every bit I write this I begin to tear up.     If you lot are looking for a cute location to host your friends and family for your wedding weekend, The Preserve at Chocorua is the place! We had a New year'southward wedding here and it was fantastic. The owners go above and beyond to assist in planning, prepare, vendor recommendations, decorations and more. At that place was a huge snow storm before our wedding and they made sure the roads were plowed, sanded and safe for our out of town guests and even shoveled out the burn down pit and so we could savor a blaze in the snowfall. Everything was perfect and I could not recommend the Preserve enough. Our weekend was magical and memorable and we could not have asked for anything more than.

    We had our wedding at The Preserve on 8/26/17 and information technology was honestly the best weekend of my life. First I have to say Mary, Samantha and Ed were unbelievable. Right from the starting time I felt like family and not a client, Mary is so all-around and helpful. My hubby and I chose The Preserve because we wanted a weekend event and not but ane day. Manifestly the place is admittedly beautiful but we loved the casual atmosphere and the fact that nosotros could accept all our loved ones effectually us for the whole weekend. The cabins are close together which makes it piece of cake for everyone to come and go as they please but the main house is where everyone gathers! Nosotros had 25 children under the age of 10 and hired a couple babysitters who stayed in the main house to help sentry the kids. The beauty of the property is that is so versatile to do whatever you dream. This was i of the all-time decisions I've ever made! Thank you Mary, Ed and Samantha!!!

    An amazing atmosphere that yous have to see to appreciate how beautiful and welcoming and all-around the venue is. Highly recommend the Preserve, don't hesitate to consider this incredible farmhouse and barn and huge property for your wedding or special effect.

    Our Hosts Ed, Mary and Samantha were wonderful to work with and graciously assisted us in our planning and preparation. Thank you for your unbelievable hospitality. Your property was spotless, the beds were amazingly comfortable and the cabins were perfect.

    I CANNOT say enough good words about this venue and the folks that run it (Mary, Ed, and Samantha - you guys are amazing!). From the moment I reached out to Mary and Samantha about potentially having our wedding ceremony at the Preserve I could tell it was meant to be. My husband and I got married Oct 22nd of this year and everything couldn't take gone smoother. Mary and Samantha were super chatty and responsive anytime I had any questions at all (which I did have a ton!). While it is a lot of work to put on a wedding here since it is a blank slate, Mary and Samantha are super helpful in figuring out what is needed, giving suggestions on vendors, and they have a treasure trove of leftover decorations from past brides to help salve on money! Information technology also allows you to put your own touches on everything which I loved!

    The setting is the most beautiful setting I've e'er seen and I imagine it'southward simply every bit beautiful no matter what season or weather. The flexibility this venue gives you is like none other. We were planning on getting married inside the sap house and that way nosotros didn't take to worry virtually rain (funny enough it POURED on our nuptials solar day and it ended up making it that much more romantic and amazing!), but we were able to make whatsoever changes nosotros wanted to up until the second the wedding ceremony started. I've heard of people deciding the day earlier where they wanted their wedding on the property - there are so many options! The fact that nosotros were able to take 50 of our closest friends and family stay on property with us for the entire weekend was so special. It allowed us to non be stressed at all and actually enjoy our reception and not have to spend the entire time visiting with our guests as we had already spent two days with most of them!

    I could go along and on, merely I'll simply say, I desire to weep thinking about how astonishing our wedding was at the Preserve and I tin can't imagine a improve place for our special day. Thanks Samantha, Mary and Ed!

    My married woman and I were hoping to discover a identify in NH or VT, ideally in the mountains, that would be a nice venue for our fall wedding, merely would as well be capable of providing accommodations for the 50+ out of town guests nosotros were expecting (neither of united states of america is from NE originally), and the Preserve's description certainly fit the bill. When nosotros beginning visited in February, Samatha, Mary, and Ed, had just taken possession of the property a month or two earlier, and had started their work to restore it. As one tin can imagine, with the team having only just taken possession of the belongings, it was articulate that there was a lot of piece of work that they'd take to do to get it into good shape for the summer hymeneals flavor, simply my wife and I knew right away that the holding had good bones. And, talking with Samantha and Mary, we definitely got the feeling that they, along with Ed, would be upward to the task of restoring the belongings to be something truly special. As anyone who has seen the photos of any of the weddings from the summer and fall of 2016 can adjure, they definitely succeeded in that regard.

    On height of that, though, they just made the whole experience of planning and executing our wedding at the Preserve so seamless. Samantha and Mary were always quick to respond to whatsoever questions nosotros had during the planning phase, and happy to offering helpful suggestions along the manner based on other weddings they'd seen at the Preserve. When the wedding weekend itself finally arrived, they continued to exceed all of our expectations. Whether it was Ed making marshmallow roasting sticks for our employ or Mary managing to track downwardly a kitchen scale for my sister to employ while she was making our cupcakes, everyone at the Preserve did everything the could to assist us bring our vision for our wedding into reality. To this twenty-four hours, we actually tin can't give thanks them enough for the fantastic service and beautiful venue they offered us.
